After high school, I spent
a couple of years in the Army. I married our classmate, Donna Tennant, in
1971. After being discharged from the Army, we moved to Minneapolis for
approximately four years. We moved to Mobridge South Dakota in 1975 when I
began working for Montana Dakota Utilities. While living in Mobridge I
spent a few years and made many trips to Bismarck working on my Business
Degree. I continued to work with MDU and Donna managed a fabric store and
a clothing store we owed in Mobridge until the late eighties when we left
Mobridge and moved to Bison where we continue to live at this time. I
manage a group of Cooperatives that provide Electric, Communication,
Internet and Cable TV service to the Northern Black Hills and northwestern
South Dakota. We also own a small farm where we raise a few cattle and
horses. |
