Greetings to my classmates of 1970!
WOW! What a trip this has been. After good old LHS I went to Watertown Vocational School for airplane mechanics, I worked for the railroad on the west coast, and went south on a wheat harvest crew. In 1972 I started payments on some land, and started farming and ranching. Over the next several years I continued my education in the real world and school of hard knocks. Got stuck in that school for quite an extended period! Then finally in 1988 I married Cindy Westphal, and in 1994 our daughter, Shaley, was born. |
Leslie Lensegrav When I turned “50” I finally started to realize this life isn’t a “practice run”! We now own and operate the farm / ranch my grandfather homesteaded in 1908. I thank God for getting me through all of this and the many blessings I now enjoy. The older I get the more I enjoy and appreciate my life! I think the most meaningful things when the end of this life comes are what you gave along the way. The hobbies I enjoy are flying, boating and water skiing, playing music, and motorcycles. I plan on working on these hobbies well into my retirement years, whenever that stage comes. I guess that’s about it for now. |
