I graduated in March 1972 from National College of Business in Rapid City with an associate’s degree in accounting. A week later I got a job with a company called EKW Systems. It was a small bookkeeping firm.
May 1975 I married Richard Splittstoesser. In June of 1980 I quit my job with EKW Systems and followed my husband to Colestrip, Montana. He was working as a pipe fitter on the construction of a coal generated powerhouse. While in Colestrip I took a job working in a Man Camp.
In 1983 we returned to Rapid City and I went back to work for EKW Systems at my previous job. In 1986 I took a Job with MG Oil Company. And that is were I am today.
Our hobbies include hiking, ATV 4-wheeling, Hot-Rod runs, and working. |
