Hi everyone!

After graduating I went to vocational school in Rapid City, receiving a certificate in electronics.  Then I worked for a TV repair shop in Rapid City until being drafted in August, 1972.  I spent 18 months in Germany drinking beer and seeing the sights.

After getting out of the service in 1974, I worked a short time for my Dad on the farm in Lemmon but decided to move to Helena, Montana in 1975 after meeting my wife, Juanita (Nita) Miller.  I started working for UPS in 1976 and ended up working for them 28 years until retirement in 2005.  We then moved 18 miles south of Helena to Jefferson City where we built a new house in the Elkhorn Mountains.

We have three children - Matt was born in 1980; he just got married to Katie in August of 2007 and works for Sotek Solutions as a computer engineer.  Katie is a school counselor for the Missoula School System; they reside in Missoula Mt.

Megan, born in 1982 with a disability, lives with us and works in the Mail Center for Helena Industries.

Leslie, our baby, 22 years old and is in her second year of collage after taking a couple of years off working and spending a year with the church doing mission and discipleship work. She attends collage at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and works at Starbucks.  She's majoring in elementary education/early childhood development.

I'm keeping busy getting ready to build a garage, and working part-time for a contractor-friend doing some remolding, and also try to keep up the house as Nita still works full time.  Nita graduated from Carroll College in Helena, and has worked for the V A Montana Healthcare Systems in Health Information for the past 25 years.
